Caroline joined HBN Law & Tax in 2022 and has a general law practice.
Caroline is a graduate of Leiden University and the University of Amsterdam. She has master’s degrees in Criminal Law & Criminology, Company Law, and Constitutional & Administrative Law.
Before joining HBN Law & Tax, she worked as a senior legislative lawyer and was the 2nd Acting Secretary General of the Parliament of Sint Maarten.
