Cheryl Leeflang

Cheryl is an all-round tax adviser. She has worked as a tax professional in Curacao, the Netherlands and Canada and has over 17 years of experience. Over the years she gained vast experience in wage tax, social security, and pension issues.

She has served real estate development companies, banks, insurance companies and individuals. In Canada, her focus was primarily on Wills, Trusts and other estate matters. Born and raised in Suriname, Cheryl travels to Suriname on a regular basis.

During her lengthy career Cheryl has worked for KPMG Meijburg & Co and KPMG Tax & Legal Services from 1993 till 2005. In 2006 she joined and managed her own tax practice Reuijl & Leeflang Tax Advisers in Curaçao.​

In 2008 she moved to Canada and joined the Law firm Shea Nerland Calnan LLP Barristers and Solicitors, Calgary, Canada as a tax professional in 2010. As of 2011 she started to work as an independent consultant.
