Marla Bonafacio - Zimmerman

Marla is an experienced Tax Compliance Manager. She started her professional career at the Tax Inspectorate. In 1988 she moved to St. Maarten to become Head Tax controller and Head of the Tax department. In 1992 Marla left the Tax Inspectorate to join KPMG Meijburg & Co Caribbean (St. Maarten and Curacao). Marla has more than 30 years of experience in the tax field and has affinity with corporate income tax, income tax and employment related taxes. In addition Marla has a broad experience with tax audits. 

Marla speaks Dutch, English, Papiamento and Spanish.
