Lucas Drissen

Lucas is a litigation lawyer with broad experience in commercial and corporate disputes. His practice focuses in particular on corporate governance matters, inquiry proceedings, shareholder disputes, directors’ liability, employment disputes, and attachment and enforcement proceedings. He advises and represents clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on Oil & Energy, Healthcare, Real Estate, and Financial Services.

Lucas holds a Master’s degree in Civil Law from Tilburg University and completed a postgraduate programme in Corporate Litigation at the Grotius Academy.

He is recognizsed as a “key member” of the HBN team by Legal 500.
