Thom Bleeker

Thom started his professional journey with HBN Law & Tax in 2023, where he actively contributes to the firm’s general commercial and corporate practices.

Thom completed his bachelor’s degree in International Business Law at the University of Leiden and went on to pursue a master’s degree in Corporate Law, which he obtained in 2023. He wrote his thesis on insolvency law, specifically focusing on the new Dutch act on the confirmation of out-of-court restructuring plans (WHOA). During his studies Thom worked for several law firms in the Netherlands with an expertise in corporate M&A and company law.
