SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT PDVSA AND RDK

On 19 December 2023, Refineria di Korsou N.V. (RdK) and Petroléos de Venezuela, S.A. (PdVSA) signed a settlement agreement relating to their disputes in connection with the former lease of the Curaçao refinery by PdVSA from RdK.
