Deadline filing of 2024 final profit tax return

With exactly three weeks remaining until the December 1, 2025 deadline, the Curaçao Tax Authorities remind businesses and legal entities that the 2024 final profit tax return must be filed no later than this date. This reminder was issued via a news release on the Tax Authorities’ website.

Failure to file on time may result in tax assessment and penalties. We recommend ensuring that your financial statements are finalized and your final profit tax return is submitted well ahead of the  December 1, 2025 deadline.

Accordingly, we kindly request all our clients who have not yet submitted their financial statements to do so as soon as possible, to allow timely filing of the tax return and to avoid any potential penalties.
