Quensley Asjes

In February 2026, Quensley joined HBN Law & Tax, where he focuses on expanding his expertise in tax compliance, reporting and advisory services.

Quensley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fiscal Law & Economics from the University of Curaçao and intends to pursue a Master’s degree in Tax Law beginning September 2026.

Prior to joining HBN Law & Tax, Quensley worked from 2021 until January 2026 at the Tax Administration in Sint Maarten. His work focused on tax audits, objection procedures, expat-related requests, desk audits (stoelcontroles) and other matters on behalf of the Tax Inspector. Earlier in his career, he gained experience at Stichting Belastingaccountantsbureau (SBAB) in Curaçao and with the Audit Team Sint Maarten (ATS), where he was involved in tax audit and compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions.

Quensley speaks Dutch, English, Spanish, and Papiamentu.
