Charles Rutte

Charles litigates and advises local and international clients on a wide array of matters, from breach of contract claims to complex trademark infringement disputes. In addition, he is an experienced negotiator and is a skilled draftsman for a wide range of contracts.

Charles started his career in 2003 as an attorney for the Dutch law firm of Van Diepen van der Kroef. Charles has been a board member of various professional and social networks and published articles on intellectual property law.

Charles obtained his Master’s degree at the University of Tilburg in 2002 and studied Spanish in Málaga, Spain. He speaks Dutch, English, Spanish and German.
