Is This Job for You?

As a legal assistant for our office in The Hague, your role is crucial to the progress we make. You’ll be responsible for interacting with clients via telephone, written correspondence, and email. Additionally, you’ll manage agendas, schedule appointments, and oversee deadlines for our attorneys and tax lawyers. Your responsibilities will also include drafting engagement letters, and litigation documents as required. Handling mail, filing documents, and creating/managing files will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you’ll play a key role in receiving clients and associates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved.

  • MBO – degree
  • Professional and intellectual ability;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a secretary in the legal field;
  • Flexible and stress resistant;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English;
  • Proficient in the MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A proactive, resourceful and flexible attitude;
  • Collaborative yet able to work independently;
  • Motivated for personal growth and the development of our office.
