Our renowned firm is the largest provider of legal services in the Caribbean region of the Kingdom, with offices in Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, Sint Maarten, Suriname, and The Hague. At our office in Bonaire, we are seeking a Legal Intern for the Law team.

What will you do?

In two months, you’ll become familiar with our firm and the legal world. You will assist with procedures, attend court sessions, and prepare simple case files. Additionally, you will be involved in writing various dossier notes for different lawyers and conducting research on literature and jurisprudence. At the end of your internship, we expect you to deliver a presentation on a scholarly report about a current legal topic that you will choose with one of our lawyers.

What we would like to see in you:

• Master’s degree in Law, or currently pursuing your Master’s in Law;
• Average grade of 7 or above;
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Dutch and English;
• Proficient in the use of MS Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel);
• Flexible attitude and stress resistant;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Communicative and accurate;
• Presentable appearance and service-oriented personality.
