Giordy Janga

Giordy joined HBN Law & Tax in 2021, initially as an intern before transitioning to a working student position. He is now a Tax Assistant, working closely with the Tax department to provide expert advice to clients.

He specializes in indirect taxes and tax technology, focusing on the procedural aspects of taxation. Giordy is well-versed in the tax systems of Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, the Caribbean Netherlands, the Netherlands, and Suriname. His diverse clientele includes individuals and medium to large-sized corporations in various sectors, including:

Giordy is fluent in Papiamentu, Dutch, English, and Spanish. He is currently awaiting the results of his master thesis, further solidifying his expertise in the field.
