About
Shelley started her career at Muller & Associates in Curaçao as a Junior Tax Advisor. Thereafter she went to The Netherlands to obtain her master’s degree in Fiscal Economics. After obtaining her master’s degree she returned to Curaçao to pursue her career as a Tax Advisor. Since July 2023 Shelley has been working at HBN Law & Tax in Curaçao as a Tax Advisor.
Shelley graduated from the University of Curaçao with a bachelor’s degree in Fiscal Law & Economics. Thereafter she graduated from the University of Tilburg with a master’s degree in Fiscal Economics.
Shelley speaks Dutch, English, Papiamentu and Spanish.
