The first set of tax measures regarding COVID-19 (phase 1) were published by the Inspectorate of Taxes on March 31st 2020. The government of Sint Maarten also announced the Sint Maarten Stimulus Relief Plan – SSRP – (phase 2) on April 8, 2020. Read more in the April edition of our Tax Instant News.
