After many months of hard work and dedication, attorney Lucas Drissen completed the high-level post doc “Grotius” program in Corporate Litigation with excellent results. The specialization program in Corporate Litigation is the most comprehensive and complete postgraduate program in the field of corporate litigation in the Dutch (Caribbean) legal world, providing an integral overview of all aspects of corporate litigation relevant to practicing lawyers (including shareholders’ disputes, group and directors’ liability, collective actions, and dispute resolution matters).
